The Times of Network Capital
Mental models, Economic Times Feature, NITI Aayog Partnership, NC TV, NC Insider
Building Network Capital has been an immensely satisfying experience for us. One special highlight has been partnering with NITI Aayog for the last three years to shape the Mentor India movement. Take a look at the report launched by NITI Aayog.
Mentor India work continues in full swing despite the COVID crisis. Mentor meets are happening online and we are relentlessly trying to figure out ways to augment the learning experience of students.
Managing Stuckhome Syndrome
Most of us find excuses for not having enough time to volunteer, pursue our hobbies and even spend time with our families. We tend to blame it on our busy schedules, but the present health crisis is inadvertently helping us realize our priorities. The truth is that we have been seduced by the charm of the busy life and a preoccupied mind. Blank spaces are uncomfortable and time to pause seems unreasonable. The reason perhaps is that we have developed a chronic fear of being left behind.
Far from slowing down while working from home, many of us have pushed ourselves into even more demanding schedules. We feel compelled to conquer the coronavirus crisis by accomplishing more than we are usually satisfied with.

NC Through Pictures, Words and Pixels
We have found some creative ways to deal with the current crisis, including but not limited to forming an art club, hosting masterclasses and podcasts with the likes of Olga Khazan from The Atlantic, launching Network Capital TV (think of it as “Netflix” for work) and Network Capital Insider. (Insiders have free access to NC TV, daily office hours, personalized coaching among other benefits)
If you wish to access the masterclasses and join the city and interest based subgroups, we encourage you to join Network Capital Insider.
We understand that there is an excess of content flung at your from all directions so we will share the ones that you should take a look this week.
